Motorola tries to be the first company to come up with a complete solution and get the most significant share of the market. Motorola already has a set of tools for the police and other services that need video recording in the cloud, video recording of incidents, and intelligent cameras for patrol cars as part of their digital transformation.

This week, Motorola said that the CommandCentral Aware control center would be able to work with video cameras in cars and on people. Now, users can access multiple cameras at once and watch live feeds from different cameras to see what’s going on, making video recordings more reliable and lowering the risk of data loss, which is essential for figuring out what happened after the fact. Motorola currently has one of the complete platforms, which includes stationary and mobile video surveillance systems, geoinformation systems, automated dispatch systems, and toolkits for geolocation and situational awareness.

Motorola has already done an excellent job of selling CommandCentral Aware to American schools as a way to give them a mobile panic button. By pressing such a button, the control center staff can quickly choose suitable surveillance cameras and send security guards or police to the right place. Schools in some parts of the United States have these kinds of systems. For example, Florida schools install warning systems for emergency response services.
