The festival has become a driver for the manufacturer of network equipment Extreme Networks
The company — the manufacturer of network solutions Extreme Networks Inc. (EXTR), received a positive boost thanks to the rating and equipment supply for a major festival. Last week, we again included Extreme Networks in the Gartner Peer Insights list as one of the best equipment suppliers for wired and wireless communications. This list is compiled based on customer review results, and Extreme Networks has in it for the fifth time in a row.
This time, customers named flexibility among the advantages of Extreme Networks: the company’s solutions can be quickly installed and scaled without spending much money at the initial deployment stage. In addition, the company has made significant efforts to reduce energy consumption and increase the commercial efficiency of its network equipment. The second driver of the growth of quotations this week was the announcement that would use Extreme Networks equipment at the large international festival Zwarte Cross, which takes place from July 14 to 17, 2022, in the Netherlands.
Two hundred fifty musical groups are taking part in this event. Extreme Networks had to set up high-speed Wi-Fi 6 wireless connections over 165 hectares, a chance for the company to show how excellent its ExtremeCloud service is. It lets you quickly find and fix problems with access and communication quality, which is especially important at a big event with a changing number of connections and different amounts of traffic. Extreme Networks also used Internet of Things (IoT) tools at the festival, including the Fabric Connect system to connect 100 IP surveillance cameras.
